PMUG members have access to a number of great services and programs:

PMUG College

PMUG College offers free beginning and advanced classes in all aspects of Macintosh operation. Our basic classes cover Mac fundamentals; backups; email and internet basics; word processing, spreadsheet and photo applications; as well as classes about iPods/iPhones/iPad and iTunes. This series repeats throughout the year.

Community Forums

Keep in touch with other PMUG members at any time. Post questions, or help answer those asked by other people. This is an online message board where you can discuss a variety of topics.

Member-to-member help with applications

PMUG members may offer to share their software and hardware expertise with other members. Current listings appear in the resources section of Mouse Tracks.

Tuesday Clinic

There’s a PMUG Clinic every Tuesday evening! Drop in for help with your system software updates, applications or other questions. Hours and locations vary, so consult the PMUG calendar.

The Mac Store discounts

Current PMUG members can get 5% off many items purchased at The Mac Store
(Beaverton, 3205 SW Cedar Hills Blvd.; Clackamas, 12000 SE 82nd Ave., Suite K215;
Portland, 700 NE Multnomah Blvd.). It is necessary to show your PMUG card at time of purchase.

User group discounts

Periodically, software developers, book publishers and peripheral manufacturers may offer special discounts to the user group community. You can find out about these in the members-only area.
