PMUG Tuesday night ClinicDrop in for help with your questions. This is normally hands-on for individual problems so you can bring your portable computer. The Clinic meets in alternate locations, either The Mac Store or Powell's Technical Books, so be sure to check the PMUG calendar for this week's location. |

Need Mac support? PMUG CAN HELP! The Portland Macintosh Users Group is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the education and support of its members. Through the exchange of knowledge and experience we offer personal support to owners of the newest Apple desktop and laptop computers running OSX and older Macs using OS8&9. During our meetings, classes (many are free) and special Interest Groups members learn about computer setup, operation and maintenance. We also share information about a broad range of shareware and commercial software. PMUG College offers a monthly series of classes from basic to advanced that are designed to help members get the most from their hardware and software. In our classes and seminars you'll learn how to successfully use CD and DVD burners, printers, digital still and video cameras,, modems and other equipment. Twice a year PMUG presents MacCamp, a weekend retreat in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains at Silver Falls State Park. In the parks meeting halls expert instructors teach classes on the Macintosh Operating Systems, networking, graphics, web site design, video editing and a variety of other topics. |
